Roasted Cauliflower

This is all about the beauty — and deliciousness — of simplicity. Roasted purple cauliflower and broccoflower, both drizzled with olive oil, seasoned with garlic, sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper, and roasted (about 30 minutes at 350°F.)
