Simply Potatoes recently issued a challenge to users to submit “Five Ingredient Fix” recipes using one of three different types of Simply Potatoes — diced with onion, hash browns or traditional mashed. Ian and I spent a little time brainstorming, and came up with the following three recipes. We tested them out, and we’re pretty excited about them.
